EFC is the voice of over 800 European Football clubs. We work to ensure clubs have a strong, united voice in shaping the future of European and international football.
What Does EFC Do For Its Member Clubs?
EFC supports clubs on and off the pitch. We work with UEFA, FIFA, the EU and other bodies to influence decisions that matter for football. We also provide services in areas such as legal support, finance, brand protection, sustainability and education.
Who Are EFC’s Partners?
We work closely with UEFA and FIFA to shape club competitions and ensure fair returns for clubs. Through our joint venture UC3, we manage the commercial rights of UEFA’s men’s and women’s club competitions.

Who Can Become An EFC Member?
Professional clubs from UEFA’s 55 national associations are eligible to become members. Membership levels reflect participation in European competitions and domestic performance.

What Is The Club Benefits Programme?
The Club Benefits Programme ensures clubs are rewarded fairly when their players take part in international tournaments. For example, a record €9 million will be distributed to clubs after UEFA Women’s EURO 2025.
What Is The FIFA Club Protection Programme?
This programme compensates clubs if players are injured while representing their national teams in FIFA competitions.
How Does EFC Influence UEFA And FIFA Competitions?
Through joint committees, workstreams and UC3, EFC shapes the structure, revenues and governance of club competitions — from the Champions League to the new FIFA Club World Cup.
