Kuno Tehva is an Estonian entrepreneur and football executive, serving as Owner & Chairman of Nõmme Kalju FC and Co-Owner of leading Czech club FC Viktoria Plzeň.   Since taking over his boyhood club, he has driven Kalju’s transformation into one of Estonia’s most forward-thinking clubs, with a strong focus on youth development, value creation and sustainability.     Kalju ranks among the top 20 clubs globally in the Sustainability Benchmark in Sports and is a member of the UN “Football for the Goals” initiative.    An EFC Board Member and UEFA Club Competitions Committee Member since 2019, Kuno also completed the EFC Club Management Programme with Stockholm University and the joint EFC–Harvard Executive Programme.
