Dariusz Mioduski is a investor and manager with extensive transactional, legal and regulatory experience, particularly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and project finance in energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors.
Dariusz is the CEO of Radwan Investments, his “family office” investment holding company. Radwan Investments focuses on creating deals and investment opportunities particularly in the areas of infrastructure services, technology, media, sport, entertainment and real estate development.
From 2007 to 2013, he was the CEO and President of the Board of Kulczyk Investments, the largest private investment house in Poland. Between 1997 and 2007, he was a Partner at CMS Cameron McKenna in London and between 1990 and 1997, he was an associate in the New York, Houston and Warsaw offices of U.S. law firms, White & Case and Vinson & Elkins.
Dariusz is a Member of the Harvard Law School Dean’s Advisory Board. He also serves on the Management and Supervisory Boards of companies associated with his investment activities. He holds a Juris Doctor degree (1990) from Harvard Law School and Bachelor of Arts degree (1987) from the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
