Martina Pavlová oversees the Sports Department at AC Sparta Praha. She has been working for the club since 2007 and is a specialist in international relations and diplomacy. She is responsible for organising international games for both Men’s and Women’s first teams. 

In the past, she has served on the EFC Women’s Football Committee. She has also completed the EFC Club Management programme and UEFA Certificate in Football Management foundation programme, and is currently a member of the Sports and Legislative Committee of the Czech League Football Association (LFA). 

She completed her studies at Charles University in Prague and holds an MA in Sport Management and a BA in Media and Communication Studies.
