We work to create tailored regulations, shape competitions and strengthen the girls’ player pathway. Our work covers key areas such as club licensing, investment models and governance, while also helping women’s teams perform at their best through medical research on female-specific needs. Our aim is to build a strong, influential women’s club football ecosystem that moves towards the same level of advancement as the men’s game. Through support and innovation, we protect the integrity of the women’s game and prepare it for future challenges.
This Working Group is led by EFC Vice-Chair Martina Pavlová, with the Women’s Working Group chaired by Michele Kang, majority owner of Olympique Lyonnais Féminin.
