We give clubs the tools, support and environment to help youth teams thrive and prepare players for the next stage of their careers. Our aim is to make EFC a global leader in youth football and inspire innovation among our Member Clubs and beyond. We do this by improving the youth football landscape, working with governing bodies and giving clubs the best resources to develop skilled players and well-rounded, responsible young people.
